How can I cancel a purchase?
When you receive your order number, it means that your order has been submitted to the shipping company and is being processed. After 3 - 5 days, you will also receive your tracking information.
You can never cancel an order after it has been placed, since it is automatically transmitted to the shipping firm by the system.
If the item you bought has been dispatched but has not yet been delivered to you within the timeframe (maximum 30 days), you may cancel the order online. Your reimbursement will be handled once we receive the initially dispatched item, as well as the courier's statement regarding what happened to the box, from the courier.
Regrettably, once an order has been delivered to you, it cannot be cancelled.
